Hospital Performance by Geographic Location
Explore measure results by region, sub-region, state, or hospital. Narrow results by selecting hospital characteristics or searching for a specific geographic location or hospital name. -
Episode-of-Care Payment
Examine what percent or how much each care setting contributes to payment for AMI, Heart Failure, and Pneumonia. Care settings include both hospital admission and post-acute care. -
National Rates over Time
Examine national trends in AMI, COPD, Heart Failure, and Pneumonia admission, readmission, and observation stay rates. Adjust the timeframe from January 2006 through two months ago. -
Customize and Compare Hospital Peer Groups
Select hospital characteristics or search for a specific hospital to build a hospital profile. Then compare measure results for each hospital profile. -
